Albert Manginelli
ajm484@drexel.edu

Albert Manginelli is from Narberth, PA. As of this writing, he is a Still-Deciding Engineering major, but he is considering a major in either Chemical or Civil Engineering. He enjoys designing and building outdoor features such as Christmas decorations, fountains, and flower and vegetable gardens. He has also spent much time helping his father renovate and add onto their home. Albert hopes that these interests along with his growing liking of math and science subjects will help him in an Engineering field. Albert selected heat pipe design for his Freshman Design Project because he knew nothing about it and thought it sounded intriguing. He hopes that he and his group will be able to make their pan-cooler design work successfully.

James Sepelyak

James Sepelyak is from Hockessin, DE. He is a freshman undergraduate at Drexel University. He recently declared himself as a Chemical Engineering major. His decision for the major was a result of a joy of understanding everyday chemical reactions and an influential chemistry teacher in high school. Outside of the standard curriculum, James is a member of the university's maker space dlab and the university's theme park and engineering design group. He picked the designing of heat pipe for his Freshman Design Project because of its connection to Chemical Engineering.

Calvin Tang

Calvin Tang is from Philadelphia, PA. He is a freshman undergraduate at Drexel University aiming for his Bachelors of Science in Architectural Engineering. He chose this major because of his interest in skyscrapers starting at an early age. Outside of class, Calvin is a member of the university's theme park and engineering design group. He has also recently joined the university’s maker space dlab. He chose to work on the heat pipe design for his Freshman Design Project in order to expand his engineering experience beyond architecture.

Zhenying Wu

Zhenying Wu (Zhen for short) is originally from Guangdong, China but is currently living in Philadelphia, PA. She is an undergraduate student at Drexel University. Her current major is Computer Engineering. She chose this major because she likes to work with computers, both software and hardware wise, and also because she was influenced by her involvement in the programming team of her high school's robotics team (Central High's RoboLancers). Zhen is a member of Drexel's makerspace club - dLAB and also Drexel's arts organization - DART. She selected this specific lab for her Freshman Design Project at random. However after learning of this lab's topic, she is intrigued by it and hopes to be able to create a successful heat pipe project.
